I’ve always really enjoyed reading the ‘UX Insider’ interviews conducted by Damian Rees of experienceux. The one with Tara Land about her work at GDS is a particular favourite.
So I felt very honoured when Damian contacted me to allow me to chat about forms. He asked me questions that really made me think, such as:
“If I was to design a new form tomorrow, how much time should I spend on forming the right questions, vs. the aesthetic design of the form?”
