If you’ve tried to code digital forms entirely by hand then you’ll know why we value form builders so much – digital tools that help with the process of getting the right questions into the right order. But even the best form builder does not guarantee a good form.
In this short talk at the cross-government forms meetup, I talked about the crucial importance of working out which questions you need to ask, and of writing good questions alongside using tools to help us make the forms. Thanks to Venus Bailey for the invitation to speak, and to everyone who made the meeting possible and joined in.
