Endnote at the 2018 Service Design in Government Conference

I was delighted to be asked to do the Endnote at this year’s Service Design in Government Conference, held in Edinburgh 7-9 March. I’d attended the first three #SDinGov events and was disappointed to miss last year’s conference because of my husband’s medical problems – making it a special pleasure to be back.

I invited Jane Reid to join me, which added a lot to our final presentation: it allowed us to attend more sessions, and to bounce ideas around and off each other during the conference.

The biggest challenge – as always – was deciding which of the many competing talks to go to.
